A leading independent player in Luxembourg.
We do much more than just provide resumes.
We conduct our searches throughout all of Europe.
When Gwladys Costant founded GoToFreedom in 2013, she chose a name that underscores the firm's greatest strength – the independence to operate freely.
GoToFreedom is a major player in its community, and as such Gwladys Costant is Co-President of the Federation for Recruitment, Search & Selection and Vice-President of the European Confederation of Search & Selection Associations.
GoToFreedom is also an affiliate of SpenglerFox and relies on the Group to increase its intervention capacity in more than 30 countries.
At GoToFreedom, we built our reputation and forged lasting relationships with clients and partners through our "results-oriented" approach and our ability to successfully complete challenging assignments.
Our partners trust us because they know that we always strive for excellence and we never rest on our laurels.
Zoé HENNICO, 25 years old, obtains at the beginning of 2019 a Management diploma from H.E.C Liège. She then joined GoToFreedom as a Recruitment Associate. Within the firm, Zoé Hennico is in charge of developing the network of European candidates and advising junior candidates on their careers. She also contributes to the development of executive search and recruitment activities. Her main focus is Retail.

It would seem that the crisis has brought one advantage: that of having brought a large number of [...]
