We are working with a leading multinational firm, headquartered in Luxembourg, renowned worldwide in its industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the rewarding workplace culture and attracting top talent globally.
Your role
- As a member of the Compensation & Benefits team, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing a group-wide benefits strategy
- Collaborate with business leaders to align compensation programs with organizational objectives, ensuring they support the strategic goals and operational needs.
- Drive initiatives that foster a fulfilling work environment, attracting and retaining industry-leading professionals.
Your profile
- You own a master’s degree in Business Management or an equivalent.
- You have at least 10 years of proven experience in a Compensation & Benefits role within an international company or withing a Big4 firm, demonstrating your expertise and strategic thinking in this specialist area.
