Fund Legal and Governance Associate
We are representing the Real Estate investment management company of a large listed international group.
Thanks to the current and forecasted growth, they aim to reinforce the Legal and Governance team.
Your role
You will work on a wide range of legal documents to support the daily administration of the funds and support the transactional and investors’ activities.
You will collaborate with the other internal teams while being as well the point of contact with the third parties.
You will ensure regulatory compliance, adherence to corporate governance standard, conduct legal due diligence for potential acquisitions and manage legal disputes.
Your profile
You have a master’s degree in law and at least 3 years of experience in the Alternative Investments field, with a preference for Real Estate, with a good understanding of the Luxembourgish and European Legal framework.
You are used to be the point of contact for legal matters, and you have great communication skills.
You are not afraid to think differently and challenge the status quo.
