We are representing a global firm specializing in corporate administration, asset management, and governance for private equity and financial ventures.
They are looking to reinforce their Corporate Officer teams in Luxembourg.
Your role
In this role, you will be responsible for general corporate administration (from incorporation and compliance to liquidation) and supporting entities throughout all their life cycle
You will also handle governance activities and liaise with several stakeholders, both internally in the other departments and externally, such as auditors, banks, notaries, regulatory bodies etc.
Your profile
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a fiduciary, a fund services provider or Big4.
You are also an organized team player with good communication skills in English.
