We represent a well-implemented and growing law firm looking to reinforce their Investment Management practice in Luxembourg.
Your role
Being involved in every stage of an investment fund’s life cycle, your focus will be advising clients on the most suitable investment structures. You will work on the structuring, setting-up and organization of regulated and non-regulated funds.
Your profile
You have relevant experience in the funds industry (UCITS and/or AIF) in Luxembourg.
You are admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar.
You want to evolve in an international environment and enjoy advising complex and demanding clients and structures.
