We are representing the internal financial services team one of the world’s leading investment firms.
This department is responsible for the financial and legal management of the Luxembourgish holdings, being the link between the US and the investments of the group.
Due to the growth in the activity, they wish to reinforce their team and they created a new role.
Your role
You will be in charge of the production and/or review of the accounting, the financial statements, and the consolidation, being as well the point of contact with the counterparties (such as auditors, banks, …).
You will be also responsible for the calculation and review of loans’ interests, cash streams, and VAT and tax returns too. This will allow you to have exposure to cash-flow management and monitoring, capital requirements and oversight of accounts, and regulatory reporting.
Your profile
You have at least 2 years of experience in Accounting with a portfolio of Private Equity, Real Estate, industrial and/or operational companies, Holdings and SPVs.
You are passionate about Accounting and have a good understanding of Lux Gaap and IFRS.
