A leading global Private Equity investment firm is looking for a Fund Administration Manager to oversee fund administration and governance for its Luxembourg operations.
Your role
You will be the key point of contact for internal teams, third-party administrators (TPAs), and advisors, ensuring the smooth setup, administration, accounting, and valuation of fund structures.
You will coordinate fund lifecycle activities, oversee regulatory and statutory filings, support acquisitions and disposals, and manage financial operations such as budgeting, payments, and reporting.
Your profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in fund administration, accounting, or oversight within asset managers or services providers.
You are fluent in English, with strong knowledge of AIFMD, fund accounting, and administration.
