We are representing a growing Private Equity group that is transitioning from small to medium-size, and that is reinforcing their in-house Fund Accounting team thanks to the activity growth they are experiencing.
This team is responsible for the financial and accounting administration of the Luxembourg-based Funds.
Your role
You will be in charge of the preparation of quarterly NAV, Capital Account Statements and of the Fund Accounting of a portfolio of Private Equity structures.
You will also be responsible for preparing quarterly and annual financial statements and developing carried interest, capital call and distribution models, participating in the investment decisions and restrictions analysis.
Your profile
You have at least 2 years of experience in Fund Accounting with a portfolio that includes Private Equity Funds.
You are passionate about Fund Accounting, and you have a good understanding of Lux Gaap and IFRS.
